So now, I haven't really kept this blog up too much, mainly because my sister is always on the computer. But now that I finally have computer time and have stuff to talk about, lets dive into this.
First off, lets start with my finals. I breezed through them. Professor Tuten, for my Rise of the Modern World class, posted his final on Blackboard. I filled out the study guide and finished studying and then when I go to take said final, I check my email and find that it was canceled and he gave everyone perfects. It was nice. Final grades were good for me. Straight A's and one B. Not bad at all.
When I came home, I was able to finally relax. I had went shopping with my mom and were were looking at earrings for my sister, the clerk said "Do you ladies need help." She walked away and I was like "ladies?" It made my day, but needless to say, I got a haircut. I got 3 inches cut of and even though a bunch of people say they like it, I want to get it layered and shaped soon.
Christmas was nice. I got a bunch of CDs. I got 'The Essential Iron Maiden', Metallica's 'Master of Puppets', and Velvet Revolver's 'Libertad.' Shortly after, with gift cards, I bought Metallica's 'Metallica' (a.k.a. the Black Album), and Avenged Sevenfold's 'Waking the Fallen.' I also got a bunch of movies. Especially "Gladiator" and "300". I also greatly expanded my band t-shirt collection by adding 2 more Avenged Sevenfold shirts and one Metallica shirt.
The other day was my 19th birthday. I had ice cream cake. I just love ice cream cake! Before though, a bunch of us got together for a less than productive D&D session. To save you the trouble if you are not interested in this, I will not post it and post it in the appropriate section.
As an added bonus, my mom has been promoted to manager of her store. It should be fun. The other manager was given an offer at another store, and she took it. So my mom stepped up.
